Personal data — what we keep, and why

The data controller is Tasdira, operator of the shop tasdira.com, whose details appear at the bottom of this page. Any request about your data is addressed to it through the contact routes shown.

At order: name, mobile phone number, wilaya, commune and delivery address, the content of the order and, if you give one, an email address. The number is verified by a code sent by SMS.

On the site: the pages viewed and the cart, remembered on your device; audience measurement is enabled only with your express consent, given in the banner provided for it.

No bank data is collected: payment is made in cash to the courier and no payment method is stored.

Preparing, confirming by phone, dispatching and delivering the order; informing you of its progress by SMS; handling a cancellation, a return or a complaint; keeping the business’s accounts.

With your consent only: telling you about arrivals by email. That consent is withdrawn in one click from every email.

The carrier Yalidine receives the name, number, address and the amount to collect, without which delivery is impossible.

Verification and tracking SMS go through an SMS sending provider. Emails, where you gave an address, go through an email sending provider whose servers may be located outside Algeria.

If you accepted audience measurement, technical identifiers are sent to the measurement and advertising platforms concerned, outside Algeria. Without your consent nothing is sent to them.

Your data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for their own purposes.

Orders, order lines, status history and carrier remittances: kept as accounting records, over the business’s accounting horizon, with no automatic purge.

Abandoned carts: 6 months after the last change. Messages sent through the contact form: 12 months after being handled. Administration action log: 2 years.

SMS codes, counters and temporary blocks: minutes to hours, in memory only; nothing is kept in the database.

Customer account: erased on request; past orders are detached from the account and kept as accounting records, with no user attached.

You may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or object to its use for marketing. From your account you can correct your name, addresses and email, withdraw your consent to email sends, and delete the account itself.

For any other request, write to us through the routes at the bottom of this page. We answer within a reasonable time and, if we cannot act on it, we tell you why.

Law 18-07 also gives you recourse to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

Access to the site is encrypted. Data is hosted on servers only the operator accesses, with an action log. The phone number is never displayed in full on a public page: the order tracking page masks it.

There is no password: access to the account is by a code sent to the verified number. Never pass that code to anyone, even someone claiming to be the shop.

The site stores on your device what it needs to work: the chosen language, the cart, the account session and the choice made in the consent banner. None of these serve any measurement.

Audience measurement and advertising pixels are enabled only after your consent, and stay off if you refuse. You can change your mind at any time from the “Privacy” link in the footer.
