Returns and exchanges — 10 days after delivery

You have 10 calendar days from the day of delivery. The window is longer than usual because our pieces are bought weeks before a fixed date: it leaves time to try the piece with the outfit before the day.

After that window, a request remains possible for a manufacturing defect found on first use; it is examined case by case.

The piece has not been worn at a ceremony and shows no trace of use, perfume or make-up. Its seal and tags are intact. It is returned complete, in its original pouch or box, with its accessories (hooks, pins, extension chain).

A piece tried on for a few minutes at home, in front of a mirror, with the outfit, remains returnable: that is precisely what the window allows.

For hygiene reasons: hair pins and combs once out of their sealed packaging, and slippers that have been worn.

Personalised articles: engraving, a card or ribbon in the bride’s name, a presentation set assembled on request.

A piece damaged after delivery by water, perfume, a fall or unsuitable storage. The dulling of a plated finish after use is not a defect.

From the order’s tracking page, or from your account, as soon as the order is marked delivered. A code sent by SMS confirms your identity; you name the piece and the reason, with a photo if the piece is damaged.

We call you back as soon as possible to arrange collection by the carrier Yalidine at your home. You have nothing to post yourself.

Even before paying, you may open the parcel in the courier’s presence and check the piece. If it does not match the order or is damaged, refuse the parcel: you pay nothing, and we call you to send the right piece.

A parcel accepted and paid remains covered by the 10-day window above.

There is no online payment, so no refund by card or transfer. Two outcomes are possible, at your choice:

Exchange: we dispatch the replacement piece or the accord you want, delivery on us, at the same time as the returned piece is collected.

Refund: the price of the piece is handed to you in cash when the carrier collects the parcel, or by the means agreed on the call.

The delivery fee of the original order is refunded only when the return results from our mistake or a piece damaged on arrival. Collection costs are ours in every case where the return is accepted.

If the piece received back does not meet the conditions above, we call you before any decision, with a photo, and the piece is sent back to you at our cost, once.
